Sylvania Waterways Limited is pleased to confirm the appointment of Jim Lukacs as General Manager, effective 6 July 2026, following an open market recruitment process.

Jim brings approximately 27 years of executive leadership experience across private, PE-backed, and publicly listed businesses, and holds a GAICD qualification with Australian Institute of Company Directors. He succeeds Robert Sherry, who has served as Interim General Manager.

The Board looks forward to Jim’s leadership as SWL continues to serve its members and manage the waterways and seabed adjoining waterfront properties in Sylvania Waters.
