I am pleased to announce the results of the Annual General Meeting, which was held on Tuesday November 30^th 2021 at 7:00pm via video conference Teams meeting.

These being as follows:

Item 6.  That the Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2021 be adopted.

RESOLVED that the Financial Statements for the year ended 30th June 2021 be adopted.

VOTES FOR: 100% VOTES AGAINST: NIL VOTES ABSTAINED: NIL

Item 8.1. That Mr. John Bechaye be re-elected as a Director of the Company.

The meeting noted that Mr John Bechaye elected to retire and not stand for re-election.

Item 8.2. That Mrs Julie Peters be re-elected as a Director of the Company.
RESOLVED that Mrs Julie Peters be re-elected as Director of the Company.

VOTES FOR: 100% VOTES AGAINST: 0 VOTES ABSTAINED: 0

Item 8.3. That Mr Ben Holland be appointed as a new Director of the Company.

RESOLVED that Mr Ben Holland be elected as Director of the Company.

VOTES FOR: 96% VOTES AGAINST: 4% VOTES ABSTAINED: 0

Item 8.4. That Mr Grant Sumich be appointed as a new Director of the Company.

RESOLVED that Mr Grant Sumich be elected as Director of the Company.
