Resolution 6 ~ That the Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2023 be adopted. – Passed unanimously.

Resolution 8.1 ~ That Mr. Grant Sumich be re-elected as a Director of the Company. – Passed unanimously.

Resolution 8.2 ~ That Mrs. Julie Peters  be re-elected as a Director of the Company. – Passed unanimously.

Resolution 8.3 ~ That Dr. Jason Behary  be elected as a Director of the Company. – Passed unanimously.

Resolution 8.4 ~ That Mr. Evans Hadjiantonio be elected as a Director of the Company. – Passed unanimously.
