SWL AGM 2024 Results.

We thank all our members who attended this year’s 2024 Annual General Meeting of Sylvania Waterways Limited. The results of the resolutions put before the meeting are as follows:

Resolution 6: “That the financial Statements be Adopted”  ~ Passed.

Resolution 7: To modify existing covenants to allow “open structures not extending beyond 6 meters of the true boundary” ~ Not Passed.

Resolution 9.1: Re-election of Dr Tony Noun as a Director ~ Passed,

Resolution 9.2: Re-election of Mrs Julie Peters as a Director ~ Passed, and

Resolution 10.1: Election of Mr Andrew Selim as a Director – Passed.
