Resolution 6: “That the financial Statements be Adopted”  ~ Passed.

Resolution 8.1: Re-election of Dr Jason Behary as a Director ~ Passed,

Resolution 9.1: Election of Ms Maureen Fry as a Director ~ Passed,

Resolution 9.2: Election of Mr Brian Hobson as a Director – Passed.

Resolution 9.3: Election of Mrs Suzanne Taylor as a Director – Passed.
