INGREDIENTS
• 1 1/3 cups cottage cheese
• 1 1/3 cups plain Greek yogurt
• 3 tbsp Biscoff spread
• 1 1/2 tsp pure maple syrup
• 53g crushed Biscoff biscuits
• 2 tsp Biscoff spread, melted
• 4 Biscoff biscuits (optional, for garnish)
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs and divide half between jars.
Step 2
Blend cottage cheese, yogurt, 45g Biscoff spread and maple syrup until smooth.
Step 3
Spoon half the filling over crumbs, add remaining crumbs, then top with remaining filling. Drizzle with melted Biscoff and garnish with a biscuit if desired.
Step 4
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
